I am just returned home where I found your two letters I am very sorry that I cannot accept your invitation for Wednesday next as I am going into Sussex upon business, but as you are kind enough to say that you would receive me any time before Easter I leave it to you to fix any day that is most convenient to yourself after the 20^th of next month. I am just returned from Oxford where both sides are equally confident but I should say that Peel is rather the favorite
