My Letter 1 being gone to the post, I recollected in my way here that I had made a great mistake in it & said Deputy Lieutenant instead of Magistrate, but I conclude you have no objection not being obliged to act, nor even expected except at the Sessions at Chippenham, 2 & it was in your own house that you said you never would do. at any rate you cannot when in Parliament be expected to attend therefore I hope I have decided right as Lord L 3 – settled it this Morning with Ld Brougham. 4
