Dear Sir,
Mr Attwood thinks it probable that the dilapidations at Fisherton1 wod be estimated at from £50 to £100 in addition to the sum awarded for the Barn &c wch were destroyed by Fire.2 I think £247 - He thinks there would be no difficulty in finding a Purchaser by private Contract, but considers £1000, the dilapidations being added, a fair price - Unless I receive a Letter from you tomorrow Morning desiring me to see Mr Alford again I will make enquiries as I go thro' Bath as to Dr Nicholas's 3 state of health -
I am Dear Sir Your Obliged & Obed Sert
West Awdry.
