I have just receiv’d your polite Letter,¹ concerning the Living of Fisherton -² I was not aware M^rs Rooke³ had spoken to you on the subject of Livings. As it will be a few years before my Son⁴ is old enough to hold a Living, I shall not at present think of purchasing one for him – With thanks for the trouble it has given you,
