Tuesday evening ¹
London

My dear Henry

The accompanying paper was brought here yesterday by M^r Stilwell ² – It is to enable Mamma ³ to recover a certain sum from the Assurance Office ⁴, & to effect this, it is necessary it should be filled up in the proper manner – The whole of the first part as you perceive, must be written & signed by M^r Cutler ⁵ – but the latter part must have M^r Paley’s ⁶ signature – Pray therefore see that he puts it, with the date &c – & bring it back when you come, or send it by Wright ⁷ if he returns first, that it may be sent to M^r Cutler –

Ever y^r aff^te Sister

Mamma is better this evening.
