My dear Henry
I send you the deed of disclaimer executed as you have desired and hope that the paper which I sent to you many months ago will have answered the request in view – I have many instances here of the extreme inconvenience and embarrassment which occasionally arise from the necessity of sending legal papers from England to India for execution, & do not hesitate therefore in resigning the trusteeship2 – all are well with me here and I hope that this letter will find you and all that belong to you well – I shall be glad when I may be able, though with many a mournful reflection to renew the friendship which has subsisted with you all for so many years
most truly [& ?]
