My dear Henry
I have been much disappointed that you did not fulfil your promise of bringing Charles 2 here during his holidays, I have been thinking of it many times & had collected a few seeds for you which I hope may be acceptable, I should have enjoyed going about with you, & Charles might have made acquaintance with his Cousins, now they are gone to Margam 3 Fanny Strangways 4 & I shall follow soon most likely, and so I must send my seeds by the post -
I do not know that they are rightly named but you will settle that matter when you see them, easily -
Jane 5 thinks herself better for the baths at Wildbad 6and intends returning via Munich the end of this month. I do not know what their plans for the winter may be. -

Mr Traherne and Charlotte 8 are at Tenby. they are tolerably well & I hope enjoying the Sea side. the weather for the last ten days has been very fine & everyone is extremely busy getting in the harvest.
My kind love to dear Cousin Constance 9 I am sure she would have put you in mind of your promise if she had known all about it! -
I am your affate coz
