Dear Sir,

M^r Coombs has just been with me – he wishes to know if you are disposed to present M^r Finch ²’s Nominee provided the Purchase of the Advowson can be legally completed, upon which point he would take the opinion of Counsel – He says that the Purchase money shall be immediately deposited with M^r King ³ – I have requested him to write to M^r King on the subject presuming you have had some communication with him since I last saw you –
