Dear Sir,

I now send the Imdemnity from myself and Sureties duly executed – together with my Appointment as Under Sheriff, and a Power of Attorney to enable me to receive the Books &c from the late Sheriff, which I should feel obliged by your returning me by the returning Post to that I may arrange with M^r Tugwell – You will have the kindness to supply the date of your Warrant of Appointment in the Power of Attorney –
