I requested you yesterday to buy me some railw^y shares – As some of these Companies have obtained acts, _^^{please to inform me} supposing I wish to sell y^e shares again in a few days can I whether I can do so without in y^e mean while myself signing the Company’s deed _^^myself? (A)

If [illegible deletion] my signature _^^{of ye deed} is requisite necessary on my part, before I can resell, I beg to withdraw that part so much of my order, if not yet executed, as relates to shares in railways that have obtained acts, excepting the Caledonian shares, which I wish you to buy    at y^e price I named.
