I enclose a Certificate which you should send to M^r Spencer ² the Registrar as soon as your son ³ has been Xtned. in order that he may add the name in his Register –

I think I have arranged with Haywards Brother to take Wick Farm ⁴ at M^r Munday’s Valuation, as being allowed £50 from the first Years Rent – I shall be able to say positively in a day or two –
