Sir

I think 2 guineas would remunerate me for giving 4 lessons to each person – This should be exclusive of the rent of the premises and expense of materials

I have been round the North North west, & best environs and find the most eligible situation is about 1 mile on the Hampstead Road. This site is open to the Hampstead Hills and is accessible by Omnibus – Apartments may be obtained about here at any time

Your Obedient Servant
