My dear Sir
At length I send you the long promised packet of Mosses, 1 together with a few rare Jungermanniæ. You will find the transcript from Mohr’s work 2 useful to you as far as concerns the Genera, tho’ I dare say you will not agree with him in having united Bryum with Hypnum, a change in which I believe no one has followed him.
I shall be glad to hear that you will find something worth your acceptance among these mosses & to learn from you likewise what success you have had this year in Yorkshire 3 –
I remain, dear Sir very sincerely yours
W. H. F. Talbot Esqre
