Dear Sir

I return your 3 papers & send the draft of proposed Agreement with M^r Brunel which has been settled by M^r Hall of 19 Old Square Lincolns Inn in whose opinion I have the greatest confidence.

It is absolutely necessary that all the money should be paid to the Trustees of the Settlement as <owners?> of the Inheritance.

If you approve the draft & will send it back to me here or at 20 Westbourne Street I will at once send it on to M^r Hunt
