Mr Humphrys presents his Compts to Mr Talbot & begs to acquaint him that he was on Wednesday unanimously elected a Member of the Book Club of this neighbourhood.
Mr H. has sent the Rules together with some books & if the circulation should at first be deficient which will probably be the case, Mr H. will at all times be happy to send him a supply.
