Dear Sir,

M^r Goldney ¹ assures me that he thinks the Expence of proving M^r Fussells ² Title will not exceed £20. M^r Little has marked off 3 acres on the map furnished by the Railway Company in the way you directed and I will take it with me to Lacock tomorrow in the hope of finding you at home.

I will thank you to send me the Abstract of M^r Fussells Title which M^r Goldney sent you or M^r King ³ that I may examine it previous to preparing your Conveyance.
