My dear Sir,

I am very anxious to have your account of the Eclipse, without delay, if that be possible; and also the account which you extracted from a foreign journal. All our accounts are Norwegian & Swedish; & I think either on the central line of the Eclipse, or to the West of it.

Pray let me know when I may expect to receive your Memoir; I would not be so pressing if the affair itself were not so
