Dear Sir,
You are quite right in deducting the Property Tax which you pay in respect of your House at Kensington from your Rent – Vide 60 Sec: 5 <illegible> 6 Vict: C 35. & S.103 which provides latter Section imposes a Penalty of £50 on any Landlord refusing the deduction.
I have heard nothing from Mr Sotheron.
