In the absence of the Secretary (who is now in Germany) I opened your note of this day, & beg to inform you that the Journal is already completed for distribution & therefore your work can-not appear in this N^o but I believe we are to have two N^os this year so your work will need not be suspended for as long. ¹ M^r Austin of Hertford (our Printer) might perhaps be able to give you more particulars.
