To H F Talbot Esq
Sir
I returned only yesterday from the Potteries not finding any letter from you I enquired if you were in Town.
I have some slabs with me made by Davenport2 unglazed also some pieces of china from Minton’s3 Shall I send them to [illegible] or to Lacock ?
I have a note from Mr Harper 4 that I should like to speak to you about. I am the bearer of this note & can give you his proposal.
Since writing to you from Etruria5 I have conferred with Mr [illegible deletion] Garrett6 about a plan for the slabs It is a modification of the one I mentioned. Shall you have time to see me; or shall I write to Lacock?. –
