Dear M^r Talbot

Kossuth ¹ will only stay 10 days in London, & during that time he will be constantly engaged in either public or private business – I think it therefore very unlikely that he should consent to sit for his (even photographic) picture – There would be a better chance if the artist ² could transfer his apparatus to Kossuth’s residence for y^e purpose – but I do not know whether this could be done –

Please to let me know, and I will mention it to Kossuth when he comes –
