I can make a further payment of £600 on receiving your directions where I shall pay it – I am expecting an appointment for an Early day for settling the purchase of the Land part of Cateridge[?] Farm which you contracted for in the beginning of the Year, but I presume you will provide for that from other funds – I will give you immediate notice when the parties are ready to settle –
