I shall be happy to assist you in your search for the Document w^ch the Earl Talbot ² requires at your convenience. I am preparing the Exchange Deed referred to in your former letter ³ – I have obtained an Estimate from Charles Banks ⁴ for making a Drain for carrying off the Water which falls on the walk side of the Chancel – w^ch I annex –
