My dear Talbot
Your are very good to write & enquire after Horace,2 we got home quite dry as the rain ceased before reaching Melksham,3 the child was well wrapped up & slept very soundly all the way, This morning he [sic] quite well & no cold was caught – Pray thank Mrs Talbot4 for also writing to me.
