Dear Sir,

The field marked G. 23 & Garden marked G 22 on your Map are in the Parish of Bromham – The Cottage was burnt down some years ago – it was a miserable building – the Land is still in the occupation of M^rs Croker – I will give you some information respecting this Property the first time I have the pleasure of seeing you – I will make enquiry for a Map of the G.W.R – I received your Rents yesterday and shall be happy to pay over £900 as you will direct –
