M^r Cottrell has put before me the particulars of your several communications respecting your lands –

I shall be at Seend to morrow but fear I shall not have time to come over to you – but I will take an early opportunity of doing so – In the meanwhile it might expedite matters if you were to write me stating if you were open to an offer – if I know this, I shall very soon conclude with you either in taking or declining the Property –
