I have submitted £300 to Messrs Coutts ² for your Credit – I understood from M^r Barnes that the Sum he named in his Letter wo^d include every Charge but if there is any ambiguity or doubt about it I would apply to him again –

The Sol^rs for the Lackham Estate reside in London (Harrison & Finch of Grays Inn Sq;) but if you will mention the particular field or fields w^ch you would like to purchase perhaps I co^d ascertain from M^r Rooke ³ whether they wo^d be disposed to sell separately
