Dear Sir,

I have not been able to find the particular Deed in which you think William Talbot the Son of William T. of Sherton Castle is mentioned by name – but I will go through the Deeds I have, again tomorrow – I find in June 1677 William Talbot of Sherton Castle described, three times, as “the Elder” In Feby 1680 the words “the Elder” are omitted – and in Jan^y 1865 – W^m Talbot is described as late of Sherton castle –

I will write again tomorrow if I find any thing further worth mentioning –
