I have just seen M^r Holland who is now acting for M^r Starky ², and mentioned M^r Cotterells Application for lease to take levels &^c at Ash Hill – He has promised me an Answer by the 2^nd of the Week – it seems that the Smelting Company at Devizes have applied for a mineral lease of the same farm
