Dear Sir,

I will thank you to inform me whether there is any difference to be made in your Return for Assessed Taxes of Articles & Servants kept during the past year ending 6 April last – and at the same time you will be good enough to say how I shall pay over £900· on account of your Rents received this Week. I was unable to leave the Inn during the day or I should have done myself the pleasure of calling at the Abbey –
