TALBOT8166

Dear Mr Talbot,

I found your letter and the enclosure when I came home to dinner I trust you will excuse my suggesting certain omissions & alterations which I have done in pencil -

I am very anxious for a final arrangement, & I trust if you are disposed to assent to these alterations I can submit the terms to Mr Brunel with great hope of success
