Dear Sir

Madame Petit ¹ has left a duly executed will dated in 1861. She has left the whole of her little property to me, & appointed me sole executor. The property consists of £ 1,700 3 p^r C^t Consols and £ 125 ready money. I wish to know what steps I ought to take to obtain Probate of the will. Can you undertake business of that sort

After Probate granted I have to pay Legacy duty to the government
