Sir/

I have made enquiry as to a small press such as would suit your purpose, & the cost would be about £11–11–

The experiment of case hardening your new plate will be made tomorrow, & you shall know the result.

As to the price of printing your large plates p^r 100 – It will be advisable to try the first one you consider perfect before fixing a sum. They are not like our ordinary class of work, and I might mislead both you and myself

I am yours respectfully
W Banks
