Your Telegram reached 11 Moray Place after 5ּ or would have acknowledged it by the previous despatch from Edinburgh. – As it is, you cannot hear from me till Sunday morning – I have sent on your offer message to Mr Grieve – accompanied by the terms of agreement for him to alter the 3 years clause – probably he will call on me tomorrow with his answer, as it is too late for the interview today. – Till then I can have nothing further to say – I hope it will all be concluded according to our wishes – or that you will like the house as much as we all do. – Thanks for trusting so much to our taste & judgement –
