The Stamp duty on Mortgages is 2^s/6^d perCent – I should think the other legal Expences would not exceed £10· or £12· as I am acquainted with the title – I understand the Subscription for M^r Blomfield, with your liberal contribution, will amount to £250· or more – the principal part of which will I am glad to hear be given in money –
