Dear Sir,
I have appointed the 27th inst for your Audit. I have been over the Glebe Land and that proposed to be exchanged for it with Mr Wood 1 and hope in a few days to send you his Valuation with a map of the Lands in question. It will certainly be desirable to let Mr Nicholl 2 have all his Glebe land near to his residence, and the present Glebe may be conveniently thrown into your other Property which surrounds it. I will take care that you have an Equivalent –
Be good enough to instruct me as to the remittance of your money
Yours obliged
West Awdry.
