My dear Mr. Talbot,

I was instituted by the Bishop to Lacock on Friday and start for there tomorrow; my servants and furniture went last week – I am delighted to hear that you will be so soon at Lacock. I hope to be able to conclude all the arrangements for selling the old and building the new house as soon as possible, as I want to be quite settled.
