I think the patent case about Pullies of Tangye v. Scott ¹ now pending before Sir W. P. Wood, ² seem a very curious one – My friend Grove ³ is one of the Counsel for plaintiff. There is a long report of it in the Times ⁴ by which I see that the trial will be resumed on Friday. I forwarded a letter to you the day after you went.
