TALBOT8960

12 Charlotte Street
4 April 1865

Dear Sir,

Since you called here yesterday it has occurred to us to remind you that the annual penalty payable to the Earl of Moray for your house is £34Ì18Ì3. If you paid the feuduty1 at Martinmas, then there is no occasion for providing for it at present, as we believe Lord Moray only collects his feuduties once a year but if you did not pay at Martinmas, there will be a demand for the £34Ì18Ì3 less income tax 17/6Ì at Whitsunday 15 May next.

We are Dear Sir Yours very faithfully
J & H. G. Gibson

W. H. Fox Talbot Esq
