I will take an Early opportunity of explaining to your Tenant at Nethermore ¹ the arrangement you have made with Lord Lansdowne ² respecting the shooting over his Farm. I propose to hold your Audits on the 27^th and 28^th ins^t I hope you have had better accounts of M^rs Talbot ³ – I was very sorry to hear she had been unwell.
