Je viens de recevoir la lettre que vous avez eu la bonté de m’écrire, ¹ et par laquelle je suis charmé de voir que vous me ferez construire le microscope que j’ai souhaité. Je suis sûr que cet instrument sera digne de la grande réputation dont jouit son inventeur, et je ne manquerai pas d’avertir du jour où je serai à Modene, lequel sera j’espère du premier au 10 Août.
