M^r Spicers Sale to M^rs Stapleton Bretherson does not in any way affect your property in [illegible] Mead – The quantities are defined in the Parish Map as well as your own and M^r Spicers, so that there can be no question about your respective rights but if you and your Son ¹ think it desirable to renew the boundary Stones and I will ask M^rs Bretherson’s Agent to meet us on the Spot for the purpose of seeing them fairly placed –
