The Committee of the Club are requested to meet at the House, 12 Waterloo Place, to-morrow, (Saturday), at Eleven o’clock, for the purpose of arranging the General Rules and Regulations of the Club, preparatory to the opening of the House on Monday next, the 23rd, at Nine o’Clock.
