Dear Sir

Finding I have neglected to send you a copy of my paper on hydro carbons I beg at this time to offer for your acceptance a copy of that paper and also a copy of my last on sulpho- napthalic acid2[.] There are but few of my friends who give me more pleasure on the acceptance of a paper than yourself[.]
