Robert Smirke1 to Faraday   3 December 1829

Stratford Place | Dec. 3. 1829

Dear Sir

I take the liberty of requesting to know if I could be allowed to see the arrangements adopted at the Royal Institution for the convenient delivery of the Lectures on Chemistry.

I beg you will excuse me if I am wrong in addressing this request to you but if, as I have been informed, you have the care of this part of the Establishment, I have thought you would probably do me the favor to shew it to me.

I am Dear Sir | Your faithful Servant | Robt Smirke

Michl Faraday Esq

Robert Smirke (1780–1867, ODNB). Architect.
