Faraday to Isaac Cookson1   22 August 1835

Royal Institution | 22 Aug 1835

My dear Sir

I am anxious to introduce and recommend to your attention my friend Professor Wöhler and I trust with him also Professor Rose2 and Mr Booth3[.] I know that some parts of your manufactory are guarded but I hope you will oblige me by shewing them all you can and I am sure you will think them worthy of the sight. I hope you are as well & happy as when we met at Newcastle[.] Pray remember me to Mr William4 & tell him I often think of the old times[.] I imagine he is finding a use for his chemistry now.

I am Dear Sir | Most Truly Yours | M. Faraday
