Dear Magrath

I saw Hollier1 last night2. He had received your note. He is at this moment engaged on some very pressing & serious concerns which will cause a little delay in the affair for a week or 10 days[.] This delay we thought of no serious consequence & I merely wrote least you should be expecting any immediate information3[.]
