My dear Poole

Considering your course of life it must be a great comfort to you to look back upon your well spent days & I am very happy to assist you. We have no register here but in the Phil Transactions I find it registered for the 13th of September 1815 thus - thermometer from 69° to 65°. Barometer 29.99 inches all day. The hygrometer from 67 to 61 the wind East in the morning, north about 3 o clk being moderate and the day fine it having been cloudy both the day before & the day after1[.]
