My dear Sir

It gives me the greatest pleasure to think I shall hear you on such a subject in our house & I long for the evening1. The heartiest thanks for your kindness. I will take the greatest care of the things when they arrive. For the discourses2 you have sent me, accept my thanks. I hope it has been and will be memorable to the poor men to whom you spoke.
