Dear Friend
Dr Faraday,
I received both Phosphates & Arseniates in due time1; some officious person has modified my numbers for the Phosphates, as I never wrote that number; however it is not essentially altered. I return you my thanks, as well as Mr Roberton; what is the charge?
I sent them both to the press;- you shall have one in a week or two2.
I have been long in writing to you, but my weak state & my imperfect memory must be my excuse.
Yours &c | John Dalton
